White Honey is a mild, naturally crystallized honey harvested from Apis Cerana Indica, the small Himalayan honeybee. Its creamy texture and gentle floral taste make it one of the most approachable honeys we sell, well suited to daily use for most healthy adults and older children.

Why It Crystallizes Naturally

White Honey sets into a smooth, creamy, spreadable texture over time. This is a natural process driven by its glucose-to-fructose ratio and the diverse wildflower sources it comes from, not a sign of additives or spoilage. Gently warming the jar in warm water can return it to a runnier consistency if you prefer that texture, though the crystallized form is just as pure.

A Gentle, Everyday Honey

Compared to our more intense wild varieties like Cliff Honey or Mad Honey, White Honey has a mild flavor and no unusual potency, which is exactly why it works well as an everyday table honey. It spreads easily on bread and roti, dissolves smoothly into warm (not boiling) drinks, and suits people who want the benefits of raw honey without a strong or bitter taste.

A Note on Honey and Young Children

Like all raw honey, White Honey should never be given to infants under 1 year old, because of the risk of infant botulism. This applies to every honey variety, not just ours, and is a standard medical guideline rather than something specific to this product. For toddlers, older children, and adults, White Honey is a gentle option, but please wait until after your child’s first birthday to introduce any honey.
